LiveConfig¶

LiveConfig leaves it up to you which distribution you want to use. Usually there’s a reason why one decides for or against a particular distribution - such as personal experience, support contracts or company policies.

LiveConfig supports all major Linux distributions: Debian, Ubuntu, CentOS (RedHat Enterprise Linux) and openSUSE. Repositories are available for all of these distributions, so you can easily install and (even more important) easily upgrade LiveConfig.

Please also note that LiveConfig does not install proprietary packages (like custom patched web server software), but configures the software packages of the respective distribution.
