Please note: By submitting this form, you are making a declaration - whether the cancellation is legally effective depends on whether a statutory right of cancellation (still) applies to the contract in question.

You will automatically receive an email confirmation of receipt of your revocation. We will then verify whether the conditions for a valid revocation are met.
