Price Adjustments
Dear customers,
unfortunately we have to increase our prices for LiveConfig a little bit. Our costs have also risen drastically in the past months, most recently by almost 50% for electricity.
So far, we have been able to avoid price increases due to our growth, but the current cost increase is simply too great. This is not an easy step for us to take, because we are fully aware that you are also suffering from rising costs overall.
It is therefore important for us to communicate this step transparently. We are not adjusting prices to make investors happy, but to ensure the further development of LiveConfig.
This is our first price increase since LiveConfig was launched (2011). The inflation rate 2011-2021 alone is around 17%.

The new prices apply to new orders from October 1st, 2022, and to existing licenses only from January 1st, 2023.
As there are no minimum contract periods or notice periods for LiveConfig, there is no need for a special termination right. If you do not agree with the new prices, you can terminate your license(s) at any time without notice.
We hope for your understanding and wish you from the bottom of our hearts a lot of strength for the strenuous phase, which we hope will soon come to an end.
